Professional Experience

Provide multi-level leadership across learning initiatives, serving as Project Lead for Instructional Assistants and Early Intervention, Media Design and Integration Lead for Principled Innovation in Higher Education, and Module Lead for projects such as the TEL 598 Interactives Series, Avoiding Power Struggles PowerUp, Lead Teacher, and additional AZEIP/Early Intervention courses; manage stakeholder communication, direct media development and integration, and ensure alignment with Professional Educator design standards, accessibility requirements, and Universal Design for Learning.
Design and lead the implementation of innovative instructional strategies by collaborating closely with SMEs across diverse sectors, using learning science principles (e.g., feedback, practice, and scaffolding) and multi-modal design to transform complex and dense subject matter into highly engaging, meticulously-crafted learner-centered experiences.

Deploy and configure 20–30 Canvas digital courses per academic session within Mary Lou Fulton College, partnering with faculty to provide design consultation, refine course structure, and align learning experiences with course and program outcomes.
Launch course design for academic, community, and professional educator courses, integrating content enhancements and learning technologies; developed 30+ Articulate Storyline interactives across 7+ design patterns to support learner engagement and scalable delivery across 5+ academic programs.

Execute comprehensive Quality Assurance reviews across 25+ concurrent Community and Professional Education and Academic courses, ensuring accessibility compliance, documentation and course configuration accuracy, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) integration, and alignment with instructional design standards to maintain consistent, high-quality learning experiences.
Develop and maintain comprehensive support materials across at least 5 categories—including Airtable note guides, OoDL project checklists folders and materials, ASU Portfolio resources, and instructor/student support FAQ modules—to effectively streamline team workflow, enhance content alignment, and support key instructional design initiatives across the department.

Analyze qualitative faculty feedback and Canvas engagement data (page views, time on page, submission success, and grade patterns) on an ongoing basis to support ASU Portfolio integration and Quality Assurance improvements across Academic courses; develop leadership-approved updates to QA templates and processes and provide data-informed support for tool rollout and course standardization.

Spearheaded and collaborated on multiple digital projects and student programming, including an exploratory middle school workshop that introduces 20+ professional sectors to 100’s of Arizona youth.
Partnered with 50+ industry leaders and university faculty specializing in education, the sciences, and humanities, to equip the 21 schools in the largest college at ASU with professional insight and prep via comprehensive online guides and career-based learning interfaces.

Designed and drafted 50+ pages of digital planning guides, screenings, coursework, and records on a weekly basis and conducted weekly comprehensive home visits to 20+ high-needs families in service areas using 20+ early childhood development courses and digital resources.
Constructed and maintained a virtual network inventory of over 30-45 distinctive resources in the areas of housing, developmental intervention, nutrition, mental health services, medical, etc. and maintained close contact with applicable parties to further empower families and deliver services.

Assembled four full 6th-8th Grade digital classroom interfaces using Google Classroom and other virtual tools resulting in a yearly average of 65% increase in reading and writing performance.
Constructed and curated 100’s of pages of differentiated, multimodal, and inclusive curriculumvia immersive digital technologies, increasing knowledge acquisition and engagement by 80-90%.

Researched, implemented, and reflected on more than 100 relevant pedagogical systems and digital strategies as they pertained to a secondary classroom environment for students of vulnerable backgrounds and high literacy needs at a minimum 78% success rate.

Managed and mentored Laura I. Rendón Scholarship program mentees and mentors through scholar journey via 3-4 monthly cultural events, curation of scholar and professional resources, funding initiatives and stakeholder procedures, and liaison support to a network of 100+ university leaders.
Pioneered and proposed over 20 innovative institutional and programmatic initiatives in collaboration with 25+ university stakeholders and leaders, addressing critical student-impact issues and influencing proposals that impact 100’s of students across Arizona State University.
Designed and launched at least 5 digital projects, including an immersive Scholarship Marketing Video, to promote programmatic success, stimulate scholar recruitment, and integrate the Rendón Scholarship program in Arizona State University materials for the view of more than dozens of community members.

Co-leading a cross-functional initiative with MLFC faculty to operationalize Principled Innovation by developing a five-principle evaluation framework and conducting heat map analysis across 26+ educator preparation courses to guide values-based curriculum alignment and program improvement.

Leading PowerUps quality assurance efforts during the Mary Lou Fulton College transition by developing a comprehensive QA matrix template, tracking review progress, and coordinating team revisions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely implementation for 40+ PowerUps.
