Evaluate platform capabilities and constraints to recommend effective technical solutions
Systems Thinking & Scalable Design
Design with program-level alignment, sustainability, and long-term usability in mind
Develop templates, documentation, and workflows to support scalable course deployment
Identify process gaps and improve operational efficiency across projects
Balance learner experience, technical feasibility, and organizational needs
Quality Assurance & Data-Informed Improvement
Conduct comprehensive QA reviews for structure, accessibility, alignment, and functionality

Analyze qualitative feedback and Canvas engagement data to guide revisions
Support continuous improvement through post-offering review and iteration
Visual & Detail-Oriented Design
Create visually clear, accessible layouts that support usability and cognitive clarity
Apply strong attention to detail across content, media, configuration, and documentation
Edit graphics and visual assets using Adobe Express and Illustrator
Edit instructional media using Adobe Premiere Pro and Audacity
Maintain consistency, accuracy, and polish across all learner-facing materials
